Shipping Locations

At the moment, we ship to the UK only. Please get in contact with us if you live outside of the UK & wish to place an order as we may be able to arrange something specially for you.

 

Processing

Your order may take up to five days to process, depending on how busy we get - please check the left-hand upper corner of our website to find out if we are physically in office to make your goodies, or if we are out of office and, therefore, there will be a delay on processing orders. This is because we are currently making your products fresh & to order which requires extra time and, as we are a small business, our employees aren't always around! Once processed, your order should be with you within an estimated 1-4 working days. We will email you when your order is on its way to you & depending on your delivery preference, you may be able to track it. Please note that we send your goodies out in order of customer purchase. We post orders Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.

 

Delivery Services

We offer Royal Mail delivery services, starting at £3.00. We also have tracked options available, and this is our recommended method.

For orders weighing between 2kg-20kg, we prefer to use courier services Hermes & DPD, but we may switch to Royal Mail & split your order into two (see 'please note' paragraph below) if we think your goodies will arrive safer this way.

 

Any order weighing over 10kg gets free delivery via courier.

Please note that we reserve the right to amend your order from either Royal Mail or DPD to either Royal Mail or DPD courier services, should your order weigh over 2kg. This is because we try to make sure your order gets to you as quickly & as safely as possible, which sometimes means a delivery amendment is required due to, for example, Hermes/DPD/Royal Mail services being slow at certain periods throughout the year. You will not be charged anything extra as a result of this change. Further, in order to send out a  parcel with the Royal Mail that weighs over 2kg we may need to split your goodies up into multiple boxes. You will not, however, be charged any extra fees if this happens & we will notify you if your order is placed into two boxes by giving you TWO tracking numbers instead of one.

Packaging

Soakism is proud to offer 100% recyclable or biodegradable packaging. Your items will be safely packaged in biodegradable, non-plastic biofilm bags or kraft pouches, with a non-plastic, starch-based seal. Your items will then be placed into a cardboard box with a protective nest of biodegradable packing peanuts (try dropping some in a glass water and watch them dissolve!) or shredded cardboard. Taped shut with gum tape & addressed to you with our thermally printed labels. In fact, ALL of our stickers/labels are printed thermally!
